Looking for a Steam version?
The announced PC storefront is Epic Games Store. A Steam release date has not been announced. The Steam answer explains the purchasing distinction so you do not mistake a Steam-related search result for a released Steam build.
Before buying the Windows version, check the PC system requirements. They list separate minimum and recommended targets, including DirectX 12 and SSD storage. A PC purchase is different from a console copy.
There is no multiplayer mode to plan around
The storefront classifies the game as single-player. That means the current choice is the device and store you want to play on, rather than a co-op lobby, shared progression or cross-play group.

Switch 2 and older consoles
